In the new century, China’s economy has entered a new round of development. From the summer of 2003 to the present, the means of production such as coal, electricity, oil, and iron ore, bauxite and so on, are subject to huge demand and the prices of basic raw materials have risen sharply. In April coal prices rose 33%; refined oil prices rose 3.5%; cement prices up 15.1%; steel prices up 33.4%; copper prices up 49.5%; lead prices up 63%. Climbing prices go beyond people’s imagination.
