我們敎育部門存在著不少官僚主義。最近各級教育行政部門,已在檢查工作,展開反官僚主義的鬥爭。我們必須穩步而澈底地把這一鬥爭開展下去,使我們的工作大大推進一步。敎育部門中的官僚主義有那些表現呢?就是有些領導幹部,不深入瞭解情況,不細心鑽研政策、業務,不注意提高思想水平和領導方法,整天辛辛苦苦陷在行政事務的圈子裏,抓住芝麻,丟掉西瓜。個別的也有飽食終日、無所用心,高高在上、糊裏糊塗、不負責任的。各級敎育部門應該抓住重點,深入地檢查自己工作上的主要毛病,是不是由於瞭解情況不足,領導上的某些決定不切實際?是不是有些不顧師資條件和經濟力量,只追求數量不顧質量地盲目發展?是不是我們多陷在行政事務裏,對於學校的中心任務—教學工作缺乏領
There is a lot of bureaucracy in our education department. Recently, educational administrative departments at various levels have been checking their work and embarking on the anti-bureaucratic struggle.
