本文用SWOT模型的各要素进行详细的描述,分析大理本土乳业普遍存在的内部优势、劣势、外部机会、外部威胁,通过问卷调查和访谈,了解消费者对大理本土乳业有关消费偏好并给出最适合目前大理本土乳业发展的营销策略。
In this paper, the various elements of the SWOT model are described in detail, the internal advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and external threats prevailing in Dairy Dairy are analyzed. The questionnaire and interviews are used to understand the consumers’ Dali suitable for the development of local dairy marketing strategy.
