本文研究冷却条件对静态铝热自蔓延高温合成(SHS)陶瓷涂层力学性能的影响,试验得出,保温缓冷可改善陶瓷层组织分布,减小孔隙,增大残余压应力,明显提高其力学性能。
In this paper, the effects of cooling conditions on the mechanical properties of SHS ceramic coatings were investigated. The results showed that the thermal insulation slow cooling can improve the microstructure distribution, reduce the pores and increase the residual compressive stress, Mechanical properties.
