探讨了在一个公共建筑中安装多个节水型坐便器时横支管系统的输送性能,以对管道系统的优化布置提供指导。将5个坐便器安装在一个横支管上,当逐渐将排流点的数量从1个增加到多个时考察横支管排水性能的变化。最后通过试验揭示了在多个坐便器复合排水的情况下,横支管边缘部分的回流、虹吸现象对其输送性能的影响。试验发现进水处的装置可能引发横支管的污水回流从而影响输送性能,同时坡度从1/100改到1/200会使运距减小30%~35%。
The transportation performance of the horizontal branch pipe system when several water-saving toilets are installed in a public building is discussed in order to provide guidance for the optimal arrangement of the pipeline system. Five toilet bowls were installed on one cross-pipe. When the number of drainage points was gradually increased from one to more than one, the change in drainage performance of the cross-pipe was examined. At last, the influence of backflow and siphon phenomenon on the conveying performance of multiple toilet bowl was revealed through experiments. The test found that the water inlet device may cause cross-tube sewage backflow and thus affect the delivery performance, while the gradient from 1/100 to 1/200 will make the transport distance reduced by 30% to 35%.
