神州芳草绿,盛世春又来。在这个春风骀荡的季节里,举世瞩目的十届全国人大三次会议和全国政协十届三次会议在北京隆重召开。今年“两会”代表、委员们关注的焦点是如何在落实科学发展观的同时,构建社会主义和谐社会。民进的57名全国人大代表和79名政协委员,肩负着神圣使命积极建诤言、献良策。仅政协民进组,46名政协委员就提交了231份提案,32份大会发言和11份社情民意,内容包含文化、教育、出版、经济、社会保障等诸多问题,涉及面之广,数量之多,为前所未有。
