目的 探索多肿瘤抑制基因 p16在脑肿瘤的表达。方法 采用免疫组化 S- P法 ,对 12 8例脑肿瘤进行p16标记 ,并采用 MIP- 1型图像分析仪进行半定量分析。结果 p16在星形细胞瘤和非星细胞脑肿瘤中表达分别为6 6 .0 % (6 6 / 10 0 )和 10 0 % (2 8/ 2 8) ,且随星形细胞瘤恶性度增高而表达降低。结论 p16蛋白缺失存在于星形细胞瘤 ,与肿瘤类型有关。 p16蛋白的缺失与星形细胞瘤级别有关 ,参与肿瘤恶性演进 ,可作为临床判断预后的辅助指标
Objective To explore the expression of multi-tumor suppressor gene p16 in brain tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to identify p16 in 128 cases of brain tumors and semi-quantitative analysis was performed by MIP-1 image analyzer. Results The positive rates of p16 expression in astrocytoma and non-astrocytoma were 66.0% (60/60) and 100.0% (28/28), respectively, and were positively correlated with the malignancy of astrocytoma Decreased expression. Conclusion The lack of p16 protein exists in astrocytoma and is related to tumor type. Deletion of p16 protein is associated with the grade of astrocytoma, which is involved in the malignant progression of the tumor and can be used as a supplementary indicator of clinical prognosis
