介绍了一种以单片机为中央处理单元的数据采集电路,它由MCS—51系列单片机中的8031及其最小系统、模数转换器和模拟量输入通道组成。叙述了电路的设计思想、硬件构成和软件程序,以及电路各部分的工作原理。在实验室进行的16路模拟输入量的转换实验表明,此数据采集电路工作正常,符合设计要求。本电路可推广为路数更多的数据采集系统。
This paper introduces a kind of data acquisition circuit which takes the singlechip as the central processing unit. It consists of 8031 and its smallest system, analog-digital converter and analog input channel in MCS-51 series one-chip computer. Describes the circuit design, hardware and software programs, as well as the working principle of the various parts of the circuit. Experiments conducted in the laboratory of 16 analog input conversion experiments show that the data acquisition circuit is working properly, in line with design requirements. This circuit can be promoted as more data acquisition system.
