法学教育工作者肩负双重使命,即国家法制改革事业的执行者和法学教育事业的传承者。法学教师本该甘坐冷板凳,培养法学英才。然而,在物欲横流的今天,浮躁已侵入象牙塔内,部分教师本该是专家却并不“内行”。法学教育教学创新不仅仅是课堂上教师对学生教学方法的创新,更重要的是法学教师自身法学素质和修养的提高。身教重于言教,育人必先正己,教师自身素质的改进作为法学教育教学改革的一项重要任务,同样亟待改进。
Law education workers have a dual mission, namely, the implementer of the state legal system reform undertaking and the successor of law education. Law teachers should sit cold bench, training law talents. However, in materialistic today, impetuous has invaded the ivory tower, some teachers should have been experts but not “experts.” The innovation of law education teaching is not only the innovation of teachers’ teaching methods in the classroom, but more important is the improvement of law legal quality and cultivation of law teachers. The improvement of teachers’ own quality as an important task in the teaching reform of law science education also needs to be improved urgently.
