肿瘤引流淋巴结(tumor-draining lymph node,TDLN)是肿瘤细胞沿淋巴管所能到达的淋巴结,是肿瘤免疫发生的部位,也是肿瘤诱导树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)首先迁移到的地方。在TDLN中随着免疫系统对肿瘤抗原的识别和致敏,产生的肿瘤特异性CD4~+T细胞和CD8~+T细胞,进入肿瘤灶协同杀灭肿瘤细胞。因此,TDLN是机体抗肿瘤免疫反应的开始和维持部位,也是机体免疫系统对肿瘤产生耐受的关键部位。
The tumor-draining lymph node (TDLN) is a lymph node that tumor cells can reach along the lymphatic vessels. It is the site of tumor immunity and the place where tumor-induced dendritic cells (DCs) first migrate. Tumor-specific CD4 ~ + T cells and CD8 ~ + T cells are generated in the TDLN as the immune system recognizes and sensitizes tumor antigens into the tumor site and synergistically kill the tumor cells. Therefore, TDLN is the start of the body’s anti-tumor immune response and maintenance of the site, but also the body’s immune system is a key part of tumor tolerance.
