分析了传统体育课堂教师角色现状,从教师做学生的良师益友、做学生学习的引领者和参与者以及用教师自身人格魅力影响学生等方面提出了新课程背景下体育教师角色要求,同时提出了新课程背景下教师角色转换策略。
