将小鼠做成实验性再障状态的模型,观察其造血于细胞的机能,以便阐明再障的病理生理过程。实验用主要组织适合抗原H-2相同、部分同种抗原不同的两种小鼠C_3H及B10·BR。将后者的淋巴结细胞10~7个静注给X线600拉德照射的C_3H小鼠后,观察在病程中其体重、红细胞比积(Ht)、白细胞数、血小板数的变化。3周后观察骨髓组织学变化,同时也检查骨髓细胞数和CFU-C。实验分以下四组:Ⅳ.不处理对照;Ⅱ.淋巴细胞移植;Ⅲ.只照600拉德,Ⅳ.600拉德+淋巴细胞移植。结果:Ⅳ组在3周后Ht为17%,白细胞1500,血小板9
The mice were made into experimental aplastic anemia model, observe the function of hematopoietic cells in order to elucidate the pathophysiology of aplastic anemia. Experimental main tissue suitable for the same antigen H-2, some of the same antigen of different mouse C_3H and B10 · BR.
