探讨人们学习社交舞的动机,以及学习社交舞对情绪和工作压力的影响。439名SALSA舞爱好者作为研究受试者。通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,发现社交舞学习动机问卷有展现自我魅力、改善社交能力、提升自我修养和快速入门学习4个因素。问卷具有良好的信度和效度,4个因素与跳舞频率、跳舞热情、舞龄和情绪呈现了不同的相关。通过横向研究发现,无论舞龄长短,跳舞组都比做其他体育运动组报告了更高的正性情绪。通过纵向研究发现,长期(3.5周)和短期(1.5 h)学习社交舞均显著提高了正性情绪和降低负性情绪,但工作压力只在长期跳舞后才有显著降低。研究结果对于如何吸引人们参与体育运动有重要的科学参考价值。
Explore the motivations for people to learn social dance and the impact of social dancing on mood and work stress. 439 SALSA dance enthusiasts as study subjects. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, it is found that the questionnaire of social dance learning motivation has the four factors of displaying self-charisma, improving social skills, improving self-cultivation and quick-entry learning. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Four factors have different correlations with the frequency of dancing, passionate dancing, age of dance and emotion. Through horizontal research, dancing groups reported higher positive emotions than other sports groups, regardless of length of dance. Longitudinal study (3.5 weeks) and short-term (1.5 hours) study found that social dance significantly increased positive emotions and negative emotions, but working pressure decreased only after long-term dancing. The research results have important scientific reference value for how to attract people to participate in sports.
