目的 :比较超声乳化白内障吸出术的超声时间、能量以及不同白内障摘除术式对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法 :对10 6只眼老年性白内障分别行白内障超声乳化吸出术和白内障囊外摘除术 ,并分别于手术前后进行角膜内皮细胞检查 ,随访0 .5~ 6 .0个月。结果 :超声乳化白内障吸出术对角膜内皮的损伤随超声的能量及时间增加而增大 ,角膜内皮细胞具有超声损伤的阈值 ,且角膜内皮细胞的损失呈偏态分布。结论 :超声乳化白内障吸出术是现代白内障手术术式的代表 ,对硬核和超硬核白内障同样适用。
Objective: To compare the effects of ultrasound time, energy and different cataract extraction methods on corneal endothelial cells in phacoemulsification cataract surgery. Methods: Cataract phacoemulsification and cataract extracapsular cataract extraction were performed in 106 eyes with age-related cataract. Corneal endothelial cells were examined before and after surgery. The patients were followed up for 0.5-6.6 months. Results: The corneal endothelium damage induced by phacoemulsification increased with the time and energy of ultrasound. Corneal endothelial cells had the threshold of ultrasonic damage and the loss of corneal endothelial cells was skewed. CONCLUSIONS: Phacoemulsification is a representative of modern cataract surgical procedures and is equally applicable to both hard and super-hard cataracts.
