目的:有研究表明基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metalloproteinase 7,MMP7)与部分人肿瘤的浸润和转移有一定关系。本研究旨在探讨胰腺癌组织中MMP7的表达及其在本病发展过程中的作用。材料与方法:用免疫组化染色方法检测了51例胰腺癌石蜡包埋组织(其中22例为早期病变,29例为晚期病变)中MMP7的表达。结果:51例胰腺癌组织中35例(68.6%)显示有 MMP7表达。而且,晚期胰腺癌 MMP7表达的阳性率(79.3%, 23/29)比早期(54.5%,12/22)高,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:胰腺癌组织中MMP7的表达与肿瘤进展有一定关系,可被视为一种反映胰腺癌生物侵袭性的有价值的标志物。
Objective: Some studies have shown that matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP7) has a certain relationship with the invasion and metastasis of some human tumors. This study was to investigate the expression of MMP7 in pancreatic cancer and its role in the development of the disease. Materials and Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MMP7 in 51 paraffin-embedded tissues (22 of them were early lesions and 29 of late lesions). Results: Among the 51 cases of pancreatic cancer, 35 (68.6%) showed MMP7 expression. Moreover, the positive rate of MMP7 expression in advanced pancreatic cancer (79.3%, 23/29) was higher than that in early stage (54.5%, 12/22), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of MMP7 in pancreatic cancer is related to tumor progression and can be considered as a valuable marker reflecting the biological invasiveness of pancreatic cancer.
