目的研究青蒿琥酯对过敏反应的作用方法分别建立Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型过敏反应的动物模型。腹腔注射青蒿琥酯100~125mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),连续6天,观察实验动物的反应,设立体外溶血反应体系,加入一定浓度的青蒿琥酯,测定其抑制作用结果青蒿琥酯15mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)腹腔注射、抑制Wistar 大鼠的被动皮肤过敏反应(P<0.01)及 Arthus 反应(P<0.05),100mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)腹腔注射,减轻小鼠迟发型过敏反应中足肿胀及炎性细胞浸润,试管内浓度3.10×10~(-5)mol/L 时抑制体外溶血(P<0.05) 结论青蒿琥酯明显抑制Ⅰ~Ⅳ型过敏反应。
Objective To study the effect of artesunate on allergic reactions. Establish animal models of type I, III, and IV allergic reactions, respectively. Intraperitoneal injection of artesunate 100-125 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 for 6 consecutive days. The response of experimental animals was observed and an in vitro hemolysis reaction system was established. A certain concentration of artesunate was added and measured. Inhibitory effects of artesunate 15 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 intraperitoneal injection, inhibition of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (P <0.01) and arthus response in Wistar rats (P <0.05), 100 mg Intraperitoneal injection of kg~(-1)·d~(-1) to reduce foot swelling and inflammatory cell infiltration in delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions in mice, and to inhibit the in vitro concentration when the concentration is 3.10×10 -5 mol/L Hemolysis (P<0.05) Conclusion Artesunate significantly inhibits type I-IV allergic reactions.
