党的十八大明确提出了要加强教师队伍建设,提高师德水平和业务能力,增强教师教书育人的荣誉感和责任感。教师是学校教育教学工作的主体,是学校质量的根本保障。建设一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化公安高校教师队伍,这是提高公安专门人才培养质量的关键。而教师队伍建设的两个抓手是引进和培养,培养作为抓手之一其意义不言而喻。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the need to strengthen the building of a contingent of teachers, enhance the standard of professional ethics and professional competence, and enhance the sense of honor and responsibility of teachers in teaching and educating people. Teachers are the main body of the school education and teaching, is the fundamental guarantee of the quality of the school. The construction of a contingent of high-quality professional public security colleges and universities with high ethics, exquisite workmanship, rational structure and vitality is the key to raising the quality of public security specialized personnel training. However, it is self-evident that the two starting points for building a contingent of teachers are the introduction and development of training as one of the starting points.
