本院2001年1月-2008年12月共收治134例胃癌，其中92例65岁以上中老年胃癌占69％（92／134），92例中有62例合并有糖尿病、心脏病、高血压、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿等病史。现将围手术期处理的临床体会报道如下。
