氢考组45例,予首剂青霉素40万U肌注,同时静滴氢考200mg, 1小时滴完,继以青霉素80万U肌注,q8h,氢考300mg静滴,3小时滴完。对照组52例以同样方法、剂量给青霉素,氢孝以安慰剂(VitC1.0g)静滴代替。结果氢考组45例,7例出现赫氏反应(16％),对照组52例中22例发生赫氏反应(42％)。两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。观察中未发现有肾上腺皮质激素的副作用。
