用2m龄SD大鼠28只,建立皮质损伤模型,采用AchE组织化学染色法,观察损伤切口两侧胆碱能纤维再生的变化。结果:损伤1周对照组切口两侧纤维较正常组大量丢失(P<0.01),4周后纤维密度较一周组增加(P<0.01),嘴侧纤维达到正常值。链尿菌素所致胰岛素缺乏的皮质损伤4周组纤维密度明显低于4周对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),经胰岛素治疗的4周组,密度接近4周对照组;而损伤后胰岛素脑室内和腹腔内注射组纤维再生的密度明显高于4周对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。提示:正常情况大脑皮质胆碱能纤维损伤后具有一定的再生能力,体内胰岛素缺乏使纤维损伤后的再生受到损害,而体内注入超生理水平的胰岛素时,则有促进损伤后纤维再生的作用。
A total of 28 SD rats aged 2m were used to establish a model of cortical injury. AchE histochemical staining was used to observe the changes of cholinergic fiber regeneration on both sides of the wound. Results: After 1 week of injury, the fibers on both sides of the incision in the control group were significantly lost compared with the normal group (P <0.01). After 4 weeks, the fiber density increased (P <0.01) and the fiber in the mouth reached the normal value. Fibril density in the 4-week group with insulin-deficient streptozotocin-induced insulin deficiency was significantly lower than that in the 4-week control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05), insulin-treated 4-week group with density approaching 4 weeks Group. However, the density of regenerated fiber in the intracerebroventricular and intraperitoneal injection groups was significantly higher than that in the 4-week control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Hint: Under normal conditions, the cortical cholinergic fibers have certain regenerative capacity after injury, and the lack of insulin in the body impairs the regeneration of the injured cells. Injecting hyperlipidemic insulin into the body can promote the regeneration of injured fibers.
