平常在和园长们的交谈中,发现她们常常为管理问题感到困惑:当各种制度逐渐完善,执行也日益严格时,教职员工的精神状态却日渐疲惫,工作表现近乎机械。许多老师渴望能调动工作单位。个别老师甚至辞职,更多的老师则是维持着做一天和尚撞一天钟的状态。本文试图从关注教师的“烦”、“惧”、“闷”入手,提出缓解幼儿教师职业倦怠的几点做法。
During conversations with the registrars, they often find themselves confused by management problems: when various systems are gradually being perfected and their implementation is becoming more and more stringent, the mentality of faculty members is getting weaker and their work performance is almost mechanical. Many teachers are eager to move their work units. Some teachers even resigned, more teachers are to maintain one day monk hit a bell state. This article tries to start from paying attention to teachers “annoying ”, “fear ”, “nausea ”, and puts forward some measures to alleviate the preschool teacher burnout.
