师生主体间性的缺失影响着学校德育的功能,是造成学校德育实效性差的重要原因。通过生命关怀、回归生活、对话理解和有效交往等途径,构建主体间性的师生关系是增强学校德育的有效性、突破学校德育面临的现实困境的实践路径。
The lack of interpersonal relationship between teachers and students affects the function of moral education in schools, which is an important reason for the poor effectiveness of moral education in schools. Through the ways of life care, return to life, dialogue and understanding and effective communication, it is a practical path to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in school and break the real predicament faced by moral education in schools.
