随着全球经济一体化的加深,世界各国各个企业之间的竞争已经从过去的产品、品牌、服务的竞争逐渐向人力资源的竞争转变。企业做好人力资源的开发与管理工作能够在很大程度上提升企业的核心竞争力,推动企业的不断发展。面对日益激烈的竞争环境,我国国内的企业管理人员也必须要意识到人力资源开发与管理的意义和重要性。本文分析了企业人力资源开发与管理面临的问题,并从多个不同角度阐述了企业人力资源开发与管理的途径。
With the deepening of global economic integration, the competition among various enterprises in the world has gradually shifted from the competition in the products, brands and services to the competition in human resources. Enterprises do a good job of human resources development and management can largely enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the continuous development of enterprises. Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment, the domestic enterprise managers in our country must also realize the significance and importance of human resources development and management. This article analyzes the problems faced by the development and management of human resources in enterprises, and expounds the ways of human resources development and management from a number of different perspectives.
