随着全球各地区交流趋势的进一步加强,翻译这一使语言不通的各地区间的跨文化交流也能变为可能的活动变得愈来愈频繁,其在国际交往中所扮演的角色也更加重要。然而语言不仅仅是一种文字符号,更是一种文化载体,各国的文化受历史、地域、宗教等多种因素的影响而展现出不尽相同的特色,在翻译过程中需要选择相应的策略来完成这一富有挑战性的任务。本文主要借助文化认知视角分析古谚语文化的翻译研究策略,旨在为古谚语翻译此种跨文化交流活动提供一种更加切实可行和准确的方式,使我们对文化承载词的翻译策略有一个更加深刻的理解,其中归化与异化为本文主要分析策略。
