采用盆栽育苗法,在苗期干旱胁迫下测定植株的可溶性糖含量,丙二醛含量,POD酶活性等指标综合评价冰草的抗早性,结果表明干旱对植物的影响是非常广泛而深刻的,因此植物抵御或适应干旱的途径或方式也是多种多样的。这样单一的或个别的指标就很难真实地反映出植物的抗旱性,因此植物的抗早性需要多项指标综合评价。本文试图用3项指标来阐明两种冰草幼苗的抗旱性,为冰草抗旱育种提供材料和依据。
Potted seedling culture was used to evaluate the anti-early development of Agropyron crassipes by measuring its soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde content and POD enzyme activity under drought stress. The results showed that the effects of drought on plants were very extensive and profound Therefore, the ways and means by which plants resist or adapt to drought are also varied. Such a single or individual indicators is difficult to truly reflect the plant’s drought resistance, so the plant’s resistance to early need a number of indicators of comprehensive evaluation. This paper attempts to use three indicators to clarify the drought resistance of two kinds of grass seedlings to provide material and basis for the cultivation of wheatgrass drought.
