几年来在改革,开放,搞活的方针指引下,我厂的设备管理工作得到不断加强,各项经济技术指标稳定提高,连续五年有力地保证了汽车以每年递增万辆的速度发展的需要,实现了比较好的综合效益。 当前,我厂设备系统全体职工正在为实现管理上等级,装备保质量,增产降消耗,改造增后劲,确保年产汽车11万辆而努力工作。 一、从企业发展的战略高度来认识加强设备管理的重要性
