太极拳长期练习的心境、控制性等方面的心理效益是多方面的综合效应,通过在理性思辨的基础上,佐以实证研究揭示太极拳影响情绪、自我控制力等健康因子的效果,进而促进中国传统武术的健身、健心功效的发扬,并以“武”之道增强国人的健康生活。
The psychological benefits of long-term practice of mind, control and other aspects of Taijiquan are comprehensive effects of many aspects. Based on rational speculation, accompanied by empirical research to reveal the effect of Taijiquan on the health factors such as emotion and self-control, and then promote Chinese traditional martial arts fitness, health care efficacy of the development, and to “Wu ” way to enhance people’s healthy living.
