管理本土化是跨国公司人力资源管理的重点,根据跨国公司的实际,选择合适的管理本土化程度,是跨国公司本土化实践迫切需要解决的问题。文章研究了影响跨国公司管理本土化程度的最重要的两个因素:管理本土化程度和本土化的环境制约。根据两个影响因素的匹配结果,结合跨国公司的经营特点,提出了影响因素所导致的跨国公司本土化程度结论。
Localization of management is the key point of human resources management of multinational corporations. According to the actual conditions of multinational corporations, choosing the appropriate degree of localization of management is an urgent problem to be solved by the localization of multinational corporations. The article studies the two most important factors affecting the localization of MNCs: localization of management and localization of environment. According to the matching results of two influencing factors, combined with the operating characteristics of multinational corporations, this paper puts forward the conclusions of localization degree of multinational corporations caused by influencing factors.
