本研究的目的是应用淀粉凝胶电泳技术来鉴定苜蓿、冰草、披碱草属的幼苗。之所以采用这个方法是因为同属不同种或同种不同品种的幼苗在外部形态上非常相似,用传统分类方法对它们进行鉴定很困难并且不准确。本研究的结果证实同属不同种或同种不同品种的幼苗可以通过使用酶电泳法来区分。每种或每个品种的幼苗都有自己规律性酶谱。本研究测定了5个紫花苜蓿品种,7个冰草种和3个披碱草种的过氧化物酶谱和酯酶酶谱,比较和记录了这些种和品种间酶谱的不同。研究表明,淀粉凝胶电泳是一个简单、低廉易行的鉴定牧草幼苗的方法。
The purpose of this study was to identify the seedlings of Medicago sativa, Agropyron chinense and Elymus using starch gel electrophoresis. The reason why this method is adopted is that the seedlings of the same or different species are very similar in appearance and it is difficult and inaccurate to identify them by traditional classification methods. The results of this study confirm that seedlings belonging to different species or species of the same species can be distinguished by using enzyme electrophoresis. Seedlings of each or every cultivar have their own regular zymogram. In this study, the peroxidase and esterase zymograms of five alfalfa varieties, seven ice grass species and three Elymus species were determined. The differences of zymograms between these species and varieties were compared and recorded. Studies have shown that starch gel electrophoresis is a simple, easy and cheap method of identifying forage seedlings.
