目的观察参芍口服液对AS大鼠血清中血脂和生长因子浓度的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠被随机分为六组:普通饲料组、AS模型组、参芍口服液低剂量组、参芍口服液中剂量组、参芍口服液高剂量组和辛伐他汀组。经分别喂食12周及应用参芍口服液4周后,处死大鼠。通过光镜观察各组大鼠主动脉病理形态学变化;检测各组大鼠血清中血脂和生长因子浓度。结果参芍口服液组大鼠主动脉动脉硬化病理改变程度较AS模型组轻,而这种形态差异随着参芍口服液给药剂量的增加而逐渐显著;参芍口服液高剂量组大鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL-C及PAF、PDGF、FGF-2、TGF-β1浓度显著低于AS模型组(均P<0.05)。结论参芍口服液可以调节AS大鼠血脂浓度、下调生长因子水平,这可能是参芍口服液防治AS的重要机制之一。
Objective To observe the effect of ShenShao Oral Liquid on serum lipids and growth factors in rats with AS. Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal diet group, AS model group, Shen-shao oral solution low-dose group, Shen-shao oral solution medium-dose group, Shen-shao oral solution high-dose group and simvastatin group . After 12 weeks of feeding and application of Paoshao oral solution for 4 weeks, the rats were sacrificed. The morphological changes of the aorta in each group were observed by light microscope. The concentrations of serum lipids and growth factors in each group were detected. Results The results showed that the pathological changes of atherosclerosis in aortas of rats in SHHAO Oral Liquid group were lighter than those in AS model group, and the morphological differences were more significant with the increase of the dose of SHAO Oral Liquid. The rats in SHAO Oral Liquid group The levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C, PAF, PDGF, FGF-2 and TGF-β1 were significantly lower than those in AS model group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Shen-shao oral liquid can regulate blood lipids in AS rats and down-regulate the level of growth factors, which may be one of the important mechanisms of Shen-shao oral liquid in preventing and treating AS.
