石油天然气勘探项目是一项综合性很强的大型系统工程,投资大,风险大,持续时间长。我国每年有大量资金投入勘探,虽然非常重视项目的地质评价,却很少进行系统的经济评价,这不同程度地影响了决策质量及勘探效益。本文依据探区勘探不同阶段的技术经济特点,以盆地—含油气系统分析一区带评价—目标评价为研究思路,以储量(资源量)计算、地质风险分析、经济评价为研究重点,并对常规经济评价、特尔菲及价值工程等经济评价方法进行了探讨,希望对进一步开展该类项目的经济评价工作起一定参考作用。
Oil and gas exploration project is a very comprehensive large-scale systems engineering, investment, risk, long duration. Every year, China invests a lot of money into exploration. Although it attaches great importance to the geological evaluation of the project, it seldom conducts a systematic economic evaluation, which affects the quality of decision-making and exploration benefits to varying degrees. In this paper, based on the technical and economic characteristics of different stages of prospecting exploration, taking the basin-petroliferous system analysis as a research area, this paper takes the assessment of reserves as a target, the calculation of reserves (resource amount), geological risk analysis and economic evaluation as the research focuses, Conventional economic evaluation, Delphi and value engineering and other economic evaluation methods are discussed, hoping to further carry out the economic evaluation of such projects play a certain reference.
