犬瘟热（CD）是由犬瘟热病毒（CDV）引起的急性高度接触性传染病。该病一年四季均可发生，但以每年的2～4月和10-12月多发，不分性别，尤以1岁以下断奶后的幼犬易感。其临床症状多样，以发热卡他性黏膜炎、肺炎、脑炎为特征。近年来，接诊的CD患犬中有80％来自农村且呈地方集中化发病。
