本文针对机械加工中不透明冷却液的存在妨碍了在线非接触涵量这一难题,提出一种利用喷射的本柱来排开冷却液,并在被测物体表面一个小局部形成一稳定的透明测量窗口,使非接触光学测量得以在磨床上进行的技术.文章介绍了这种技术的主要思路、重要技术环节和实验装置.给出了初步实验结果。
In this paper, the opaque coolant in mechanical machining hinders the problem of non-contact on-line content. A method is proposed to use the jet to drain the coolant and to form a stable transparent measurement on the surface of the object Window, a technique that allows non-contact optical measurements to be made on a grinding machine. The article introduces the main ideas of this technology, important technical aspects and experimental devices. The preliminary experimental results are given.
