利用室外盆栽方法,就8种一年生牧草的株高、生长率、叶质量、叶面积、根长、根质量等营养性状与牧草地上生物量的关系进行了研究。结果表明,试验所采用的8个牧草种类在植株高度、生长率、叶质量、叶面积、根长及根质量等性状方面表现出较大的差异。简单相关分析结果表明,牧草地上生物量分别与植株高度、生长率、叶质量、叶面积和根质量显著正相关,而与根长无显著相关关系。但多元逐步回归分析方法对各性状与生物量相关性综合分析的结果则与之不同:在多种特征中,只有株高、叶面积和生长率与生物量具有显著正相关关系,而其他性状与生物量无显著相关性。研究证明,在探讨牧草营养性状与生产力关系时,不仅要考虑单个性状的作用,更要全面考虑多个性状之间的综合作用效果。
The relationship of plant height, growth rate, leaf quality, leaf area, root length and root quality of eight annual forages to aboveground biomass of pasture was studied by outdoor pot experiment. The results showed that the eight herbage species tested showed great differences in plant height, growth rate, leaf quality, leaf area, root length and root quality. The results of simple correlation analysis showed that aboveground biomass of forage grass had significant positive correlation with plant height, growth rate, leaf mass, leaf area and root quality, respectively, but no significant correlation with root length. However, the result of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between plant height, leaf area and growth rate and biomass, while other traits No significant correlation with biomass. Studies have shown that when discussing the relationship between the nutritional traits and productivity of forage, we should not only consider the role of individual traits, but also comprehensively consider the effect of multiple traits.
