重量和制造成本是飞机结构重要却互相矛盾的设计目标,且飞机结构的重量与制造成本在设计初期就被基本确定。为了在结构设计初期就能权衡制造成本与重量,开发了一种用于权衡制造成本与重量的设计平台。该平台具有如下特征:几何建模模块化、结构有限元分析精细化、数据前后处理自动化。利用该平台对某公务机方向舵设计进行研究,结果证明平台可以支持分析不同结构布局对制造成本和重量的影响,通过在设计初期对制造成本和重量进行权衡,降低了方向舵结构的直接使用成本。
Weight and manufacturing costs are important but conflicting design goals for aircraft structures, and the weight and manufacturing costs of aircraft structures are largely determined early in the design process. To balance manufacturing costs and weight early in the design process, a design platform has been developed that weighs manufacturing costs and weight. The platform has the following characteristics: geometric modeling modular, structural finite element analysis refinement, data automation before and after. Based on this platform, the research on the rudder design of a business jet has been carried out. The results show that the platform can support the analysis of the impact of different structural layouts on the manufacturing cost and weight. The direct use cost of the rudder structure is reduced through the trade-off between manufacturing cost and weight at the initial design stage.
