为观察模拟失重和辐射对心肌细胞代谢的影响,用回转器模拟失重和60Co-γ射线辐照为手段,观察了模拟失重和辐照对大鼠心肌细胞代谢的影响。结果表明,2Gy60Co-γ射线辐照对培养心肌细胞的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性有较显著的影响,丙二醛(MDA)含量也都升高。实验组LDH活性升高,第3天时比对照组升高60%,而SOD含量在辐照第1天时是对照组的两倍,反映了辐照后细胞的应激反应。特别是辐照和模拟失重共同作用时,呈现一定的协同作用。而2Gy60Go-γ射线对心肌细胞的辐照作用,在经过一定时间后,是可以恢复到正常水平的。
In order to observe the effects of simulated weightlessness and radiation on cardiomyocyte metabolism, the effects of simulated weightlessness and irradiation on the myocardial cell metabolism were observed by simulating weightlessness and 60Co-γradiation irradiation. The results showed that the radiation of 2Gy60Co-γ ray had a significant effect on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in cultured myocardial cells, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) also increased. LDH activity in the experimental group increased by 60% on the third day compared with the control group, while the SOD content was double that of the control group on the first day of irradiation, reflecting the stress response of cells after irradiation. In particular, radiation and simulated weightlessness play a synergistic effect. The 2Gy60Go-γ rays on the myocardial cell irradiation, after a certain period of time, is able to return to normal levels.
