优秀“毕业设计”是历届毕业生的代表作,是教学档案的一部分,根据毕业设计档案的利用特点,探索较为适当的利用方式,是如何积极主动为教学科研服务的新课题。一、毕业设计档案的特点 1、档案室存有各专业历届毕业生的优秀毕业设计,档案内容丰富,专业覆盖面广,针对性强,档案内容不保密,可在阅览室公开提供利用。 2、利用毕业设计档案,属于档案的学术和用范畴,要求工作人员较快地准确地提供所需的一系列档案。 3、各专业的毕业设计都安排在学生毕业前夕进行,又使其具有利用者多,利用时间相对集中的特点。二、分析利用情况,探索利用方式我院毕业设计的案卷数占教学类案卷数的34.88％;从1983年～1989年4月开架阅览前,历年“毕业设计”利用次数之和占同期教学类档案利用总次数的41.34％。这说明毕业设计利用次数占教学类档案利用次数的比重较大,反映了毕业设计档案在教学档案中的地位。通过对1983年以来,毕业设计档案利用情况的分
