为建立规范高效的风洞试验数据系统,提高数据处理与分析的可靠性和自动化、智能化水平,制定完善了试验数据处理方法、流程、符号接口等规范,采用面向服务的软件架构及异构数据存储管理、基于动态编译的自定义公式扩展、基于元数据与模板的文件可视化排版等技术,解决了处理方法与流程控制、数据流转与输出等通用化的关键问题,建立了多风洞共享、多试验类型通用的试验数据处理与分析系统。应用3年来,完成高速所6座风洞占试验总车次71.2%的数据处理,覆盖单/多天平测力、测压、通气测力、混合测力测压、喷流及部分特种试验等类型,系统具有规范、高效、开放的特点,是一种具有推广应用价值的风洞试验数据系统解决方案。
