目的 :研究孕妇HCMV感染对胚胎染色体着丝粒点 (Cd)变异的影响 ,探讨HCMV感染引起出生缺陷的原因和机制。方法 :用我室改良的Cd -NOR同步银染技术对 15例HCMV感染和 2 5例非感染孕妇的胚胎或绒毛组织Cd消失、Cd变异进行比较分析。结果 :前者Cd消失、Cd变异频率较后者有显著和极显著的增高。结论 :染色体Cd的变化可能是HCMV感染引起胚胎发育异常的重要原因之一 ,对HCMV感染孕妇的胚胎或绒毛组织进行染色体Cd分析对评价胚胎进一步发育可能受累的风险和优生优育具有重要的临床意义
Objective: To study the influence of HCMV infection on embryo chromosome centromere (Cd) variation and to explore the cause and mechanism of HCMV infection caused by birth defects. Methods: The cadmium disappearance and Cd variation of embryo or chorion tissues from 15 cases of HCMV infection and 25 cases of non-infected pregnant women were detected by modified silver-NOR synchronous silver staining technique. Results: The former Cd disappeared and the frequency of Cd mutation was significantly higher than the latter. CONCLUSION: The change of chromosome Cd may be one of the important causes of HCMV-induced embryo dysplasia. Chromosomal Cd analysis of embryos or chorionic tissues of HCMV-infected pregnant women plays an important clinical role in assessing the possible risk of further embryo development and prenatal and postnatal care
