本文研究了无聋性耳鸣患者(平均听力损失不超过25dB)23人30耳的脑干电位,与听力正常青年人比较,Ⅰ波潜伏期延长者占53.3%,Ⅲ波占19.2%,Ⅴ波占16.7%。即此类耳鸣虽尚未聋,已有部分病人耳蜗(或者听神经)出现异常。轻聋性耳鸣患者(不超过35dB)11人14耳,Ⅰ波延长者占57%,Ⅲ波占38.5%,Ⅴ波占28.6%。耳鸣患者的Ⅰ—Ⅴ波间期间并不延长,可见脑干中枢间的传导仍属正常。另外,一侧Ⅰ波延长者多伴有对侧Ⅰ波亦延长。
This study investigated the brainstem potential of 30 ears of 30 non-deafness tinnitus patients (mean hearing loss less than 25dB), compared with 53.3% of young adults with normal hearing and 19.3% of Ⅲ waves, and Ⅴ waves 16.7%. That is, although such tinnitus has not been deaf, some patients have cochlear (or auditory nerve) abnormalities. Light-induced deafness tinnitus patients (no more than 35dB) 11 people 14 ears, Ⅰ wave extension accounted for 57%, Ⅲ wave accounted for 38.5%, Ⅴ wave accounted for 28.6%. Tinnitus in patients with Ⅰ-Ⅴ wave interval is not extended, we can see the conduction between the brain stem center is still normal. In addition, the side of the I wave extension are often accompanied by contralateral I wave also extended.
