企业管理既是对人的管理,也是通过人的管理。管理的激励功能就是研究如何根据人的行为规律来提高人的积极性。通过实践我们知道员工不同层次的需求可以概括为发展、成就、环境及生存需求,且在此基础上,总结出适用可行的四类激励策略,即成长、工作、组织和物质激励策略。
Enterprise management is both human management and human management. The incentive function of management is to study how to improve people’s enthusiasm according to the behavioral laws of people. Through practice, we know that the needs of employees at different levels can be summarized as development, achievement, environment, and survival needs. On this basis, we summarize four applicable incentive strategies that are viable: growth, work, organization, and material incentives.
