在小麦常规育种中,对杂交亲本花期不遇的问题,一般是采用分期播种或加温加光等措施来调节的。但是,有时仍不能达到双亲同时开花之目的。我们于1983年尝试利用低温冷藏手段,可将小麦花粉生活力延长5—10天左右。 一、材料和方法:于小麦抽穗期在田间选择生长良好的8种类型麦穗:(1)中部小穗刚开花,颖内花药基本呈黄色;(2)全穗尚未开花,颖内花药大部呈黄绿色;(3)麦穗刚露出旗叶,颖内花药呈青绿色。将所选麦穗在穗以下茎秆约40厘米处剪下,随即置于温度3—5℃、相对湿度85—90%的冰箱中黑暗保存。冷藏方式:(A)
