采用微波消解前处理技术,结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对茶叶中5种重金属元素镉、铬、铜、铅、锌的含量进行了测定。结果表明:各元素的检出限在1~8μg/L之间,茶样中添加标准物质的回收率在88.98%~105.66%之间,相对标准偏差在1.95%~4.43%之间,本方法回收率与精密度都较好,适合茶样重金属的快速测定。在随机抽取的50个茶样中,镉含量在0~0.856mg/kg之间,铬含量在0.015~0.104mg/kg之间,铜含量在5.736~31.070mg/kg之间,铅含量在0.789~2.742mg/kg之间,锌含量在15.246~43.751mg/kg之间,均符合国家规定的限量。
The contents of five heavy metal elements, such as cadmium, chromium, copper, lead and zinc, in tea were determined by microwave digestion pretreatment and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The results showed that the detection limits of each element ranged from 1μg / L to 8μg / L.
