从1960~1980年的30年间,极少数设备已经出现了逐渐向增大生产能力的方向发展。1960年,一般发电站拥有的锅炉—汽轮发电机组,每台容量为3~10万kW,由于技术和生产上的制约,生产尚未稳定以前,汽轮发电机组的容量迅速地提高到50~60万kW。这种趋势也反映在流程工业的整个领域。制造工业和装配工业落后于流程工业,但是由于竞争,不可避免地导致新技术的引进,以协调一致地满足产量的要求。由于每小时的产量超过100件,生产设备发生任何故障,其代价都是很大的。这种趋势给维修部门带来更大的负担。
In the 30 years from 1960 to 1980, a very small number of equipment have been gradually developed to increase their production capacity. In 1960, the average power plant boilers - turbine generator sets, each capacity of 3 to 10 million kW, due to technical and production constraints, the production has not yet stabilized before the steam turbine capacity increased rapidly to 50 ~ 600,000 kW. This trend is also reflected in the entire field of process industry. Manufacturing and assembly industries lag behind process industries, but competition inevitably led to the introduction of new technologies to meet production requirements in a coordinated manner. With more than 100 units produced per hour, any failure of the production facility can be costly. This trend has brought a greater burden on the maintenance department.
