粤甜豆 1号是 1 996年从引进品种改良奇珍 76中系选而成的新品种。经 2年品比和 3年全省多点试验 ,结果表明 ,粤甜豆 1号比对照种改良奇珍 76增产 9.1 % ,比珍蜜增产 52 .9%。一般每 667m2 产量 1 0 0 0kg ,高产的达 1 50 0kg以上。该品种属蔓生种 ,株高 2 .3m以上 ,播种到初收 55～ 68天 ,初花节位 1 0～ 1 1节 ,单株结荚 1 8～ 2 2个。单荚重 7g以上 ,荚长 6～ 1 0cm ,宽 1 .4cm ,厚 1 .1cm。荚形好 ,为长扁筒形。粤甜豆 1号具有生势强 ,耐热性好 ,死苗率低 ,荚色青绿 ,甜脆、品质优的特点 ,适于秋植及粤北等高寒山区反季节栽培
