为调动地方发展生猪生产积极性,2007年以来中央财政启动实施了生猪调出大县奖励政策.为进一步总结政策实施效果,更好地发挥政策效应,沈丘县畜牧局组织了相关人员从政策实施以来采取的有效措施、取得的成效,存在的主要问题等方面开展了调查,并提出意见和建议.
