一、前言为了满足机械零件复杂性能的要求,可以采取各种表面改性处理,其中渗碳、气体渗氮、盐浴渗氮使用最早,且主要在汽车零件上应用。渗硼技术在日本应用较晚;而在西德,无论是对渗硼工艺的研究或是应用都开展得较早。在日本也有不少文章研究渗硼,有报导在锻模、柱塞上应用,但是在工业生产可大批采用渗硼取得效益的例子还不多。
