目的了解化学消毒剂使用和细菌污染情况、方法采用稀释中和法对使用的化学消毒剂进行培养,观察细菌和真菌的污染情况。结果47个使用化学消毒剂的科室取培养标本196份,阳性14份,阳性率7.14%,其中2%;碱性戊二醛52份,阳性率1.19%;;新洁尔灭67份,阳性率13.4%;0.5%碘伏21份,阳性率9.5%;0.75%碘配12份,阳性率8.3%;75%酒精27份,阳性率37%;2%碘酊17份,未检出细菌。结论化学消毒剂在连续使用过程中有被细菌污染的可能,应加强对化学消毒剂进行规范使用和管理。
Objective To understand the use of chemical disinfectants and bacterial contamination. Methods The diluted disinfection method was used to culture chemical disinfectants used to observe the bacterial and fungal contamination. Results 47 sections with chemical disinfectant were taken from 196 culture samples with 14 positives, the positive rate was 7.14%, of which 2%; the alkaline glutaraldehyde was 52, the positive rate was 1.19%; and the benzalkonium bromide was 67, the positive rate was 13. 4%; 21% iodophor of 0.5%, positive rate of 9.5%; 0.75% of iodine with 12 parts, the positive rate of 8.3%; 75% alcohol 27, the positive rate of 37%; . Conclusion The chemical disinfectant may be contaminated by bacteria during continuous use. The standard use and management of chemical disinfectants should be strengthened.
