利益相关者网络中,成员的网络结构位置充分反映了其行为和属性特征,所以为避免组织行为分析中传统角色划分不精确带来的影响,引入社会网络中成员之间的结构相似性聚类方法,给出了基于网络结构的角色分类过程。并通过实例分析了网络结构对角色划分的影响,发现该方法能捕捉更多的利益相关者属性特征,提供了更全面的角色类别信息。
In the stakeholder network, members’ network structure fully reflects their behavior and attribute characteristics. Therefore, in order to avoid the influence of inaccurate traditional role allocation in organizational behavior analysis, the structural similarity clustering among members in social network is introduced Method, gives the character classification process based on network structure. By analyzing the impact of network structure on the role allocation, this paper finds that this method can capture more attributes of stakeholder attributes and provide more comprehensive character category information.
