为了确定咪达唑仑对中枢神经神经元细胞氨基酸类递质谷氨酸(Glu)及甘氨酸(Gly)含量的影响,试验以胎鼠为研究动物进行神经元的体外培养,分别设置高、中、低(60,5,3.5μg/m L)3个药物浓度,每个药物浓度设3组平行试验,然后采用ELISA法检测样品中Glu与Gly的含量,对比含量变化分析咪达唑仑对大鼠神经元氨基酸类神经递质的影响。结果表明:不同浓度咪达唑仑对Glu呈现先增强后抑制的作用,而对Gly的作用表现为先抑制后增强。说明不同浓度咪达唑仑在麻醉过程中抑制兴奋类氨基酸神经递质,增强抑制类氨基酸神经递质。
